  2. Ajoutez ensuite la viande hachée, sel poivre et paprika mélangez et laissez revenir 3mn.
    Puis ajoutez le concentré de tomate et l’ail mélangez et laissez revenir jusqu’à obtenir une jolie coloration.
  3. Ensuite on ajoute le vin rouge pour déglacer le tout et décoller les sucs, et direct après ajoutez le bouillon de bœuf et la boîte de tomate concassées ainsi que le sucre et un peu de thym.
    Et on laisse réduire le tout (pendant ce temps là faites les pâtes ou autre accompagnement !)

    Avant dégouttez les pâtes ajoutez deux bonnes cas d’eau de cuisson dans la sauce, puis les pâtes bien mélangez le tout !
